If you're updating the software, select the 'Advanced Options' tab before choosing update and tick 'remove old versions' if you don't want to keep the old software.If you already have existing Adobe Creative Cloud software installed, you'll have the option to update this software. Select the programs you want to install.Sign in using your UQ username and password.Type uq.edu.au into the email address field and click 'Continue'.Once installed, launch Adobe Creative Cloud.Sign in as per steps 3 and 4, then select 'Install Creative Cloud app' from the 'Quick Links' section. For personal or non-UQ devices, including UQ devices which do not have a self-install option, go to the Adobe website. You can use the Microsoft Software Centre (Windows) or Self Service (Mac) to self-install the Adobe Creative Cloud Client.Installing and signing into Adobe Creative Cloud If you have purchased an Adobe subscription to use Creative Cloud at home, visit the Adobe Manual Asset Transfer page to learn how to migrate your data from your personal account to your UQ account.
